Include your iOS version, your iPhone model, the app version from Settings, and what you were doing when the problem appeared. It usually saves a round of questions.
Yes, within 30 days. Everything Nirro removes goes to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app — open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted, select the items and tap Recover. After about 30 days iOS erases them permanently and they cannot be recovered by us or by Apple.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Nirro → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The same way as above. You keep access until the trial period finishes, and you will not be charged as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your App Store order ID — you'll find it in the receipt Apple emailed you.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase and choose the appropriate option. We have no ability to issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong — if it's a bug, we would rather fix it.
Check that Nirro has access to your full photo library: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Nirro → Full Access. "Selected Photos" prevents duplicate detection, because comparison needs to see more than one image at a time.
Finding duplicates means comparing every photo against the others. With limited access iOS only exposes the images you hand over one by one, which makes the comparison impossible. Access can be revoked at any moment in Settings, and nothing ever leaves your device.
Almost everything the app touches never reaches us. For the diagnostic and subscription records that do, write to [email protected] and see the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights.
